Following a recent White Coat Waste investigation and campaign that drove thousands of calls and emails, the University of Washington has confirmed it ended its deadly @NIH-funded muscular dystrophy experiments on dogs.

Since 1991, this lab wasted over $15 million of your tax money, and killed countless dogs.

But there's still more work to do: UW confirmed that another abusive dog lab we're currently investigating is still receiving taxpayer funding from NIH under RFK Jr and "animal testing czar" Nicole Kleinstreuer.

That UW lab—that gives healthy dogs cancer by injecting them with tumor cells—raked in over $1.28 million in new funding from RFK's NIH last August, and was approved to keep killing dogs until 2027.
