@DdelAlamo I think it's because of larger dataset,(and the noisy data augmentation ) combined with model complexity. I think you could do even better if the data noise was dependent on the structure ( based on X-ray vs cryoem, or any other clues on structure error/uncertainty)

Bir gün NASA’dan ayrılma tweeti atacağımı düşünmezdim, işte o gün bugünmüş. 🚀☺️

Kendimi neredeyse doğma büyüme uzay sevdalısı bir insan olarak görürüm ve aklım fikrim hep bir karış uzayda olmuştur. Yıllarca uzay için bir şeyler yapmaya çalıştım, birçok projede yer aldım. Bunun da son 10 yılı NASA/JPL’de hem astrofizikçi hem derin uzay iletişimi alanlarında geçti. Bana çok katkıları olan müthiş insanlarla tanıştım, kendimi ve çevremi geliştirme fırsatı buldum.

Artık bu deneyimlerimi Türkiye’de değerlendirmek ve Türkiye’nin uzay atılımını hep beraberce yaşamak için NASA’dan ayrılıyorum. Üniversite bittikten sonra ayrıldığım ülkeme 21 yıl sonra dönmek büyük karar gibi görünse de ben aslında hiç ayrılmamıştım. Ülkemde uzay bilincini daha da artırmak için ya sürekli git-gel yaparak veya online yüzlerce e-/konferanslar vererek yüzbinlerce öğrenci ile birebir yazışma konuşma fırsatı buldum. Küçük de olsa katkım olan binlerce öğrenci motive olup bilimsel veya teknik alanlara yöneldiler. Daha da fazlasını yapmak istiyorum.

Ülkemde uzay ve bilim konularında yapacak çok fazla iş var. Hep beraberce yapmak ümidiyle, yepyeni başlangıçlara… 🚀 @nasa @nasajpl

@leopd @paulctan By middle, you mean the center? And yes, the event horizon is where even light can't escape, and nothing dramatic happens to ordinary matter passing through it, as I understand it. It's just we can no longer see it.
