@SouthwestAir how can you delay a flight 3 hours and then 60 minutes before the original departure time just move it back? How is anyone supposed to plan getting there? CS said it was due to a replacement aircraft but horrible customer experience.

A day with @SouthwestAir
- 1PM flight to Vegas delayed until 4PM. An hour before 1PM they just move it back to 1PM. Couldn’t make it.
- Got put on flight leaving at 6:50 PM connecting in Phoenix since unable to now make flight moved back 3 hours.

I get travel is tough but I’ve been A-List for a decade and the complete lack of organization or any type of timeline is just baffling.

- That flight was then delayed due to towing the plane from international gate (I guess unexpectedly) which took about an hour. Was boarded then asked to de plane since I would not make my connection.
- Then flight set to take off at 10:10 was delayed due to waiting on others

Just finished How to be Confident by @jamessmithPT_ , not only was it informative and easy to action but incredible entertaining as well.

Would highly recommend - even if you’re already confident. Sharpen the sword.
