@ImJasonH @savant @erikaheidi @buildpacks_io Buildpacks produce byte-for-byte reproducible images from the same pinned dependency list, but most implementations *do* allow non-pinned dependencies. Is this a buildpacks issue? Or a general issue with non-pinned dependencies?
