I have never seen a protest like the one that is ongoing in West Bengal.
Usually doctors associations are unable to handle the pressure of authorities and give up after getting fake assurances.

Dear Spineless Politicians Of India

Yesterday a young doctor was brutally raped and killed in RGKAR medical college Kolkata(W.B.).
As she was a doctor and not a political activist or an olympic medalist, no prominent leader came forward to seek justice for her from any party,be it ruling or opposition. The most unfortunate thing is that it happened in a state which is headed by a female chief minister and she is yet to open her mouth about this.
Had it been a votebank issue, you guys would have jumped on it like a vulture but just because it's a doctor, nobody cares.

Have some shame and raise a voice.
