@nikillinit 1. Staffing-Medical assistants need training/practice how to take proper pictures in reasonable time and with high turnover difficult to keep adequate number well trained 2. Reliability-model used had relatively high indeterminate/unreadable so then refer to ophthalmology anyway
@joshuapliu Why just telemedicine? In future as similar system gets better can put cameras in exam rooms too or early triage in ED since can be wait just to see triage RN
@alliekmiller I use OE and like it but advertising here isn’t meant for clicks but doctors next time prescribing to choose advertised drug rather than a competitor

@Berci ChatGPT health and likely future competitors can help reduce visits with patient context from worried well patients avoiding care and for chronic conditions decreasing complications before they occur or having patients go get care sooner
