You’ll need it sooner than you think.
@Josikinz This is really good. I manually draw these dream states and visions, so I'm pissed that AI could create similar realms, whereas it's going to take me at least 100 hours to do one 2D artwork of the experience.
@debbielwc@joeroganhq More education is needed to tackle those cases. I used to live in retreat centres and joined many integrations sessions, preparation and facilitators make a lot of difference. Plus it can be so far beyond imagination it shatters and bends minds. Its a path of dedication.
@0xQuasark There are a lot more 5MeO containing plants. Tropical environments breed the characteristics that we love in psychoactive plants. Lots of other good Tryptamine plants in Australia as well.
@ShksprnDngrMnky@bryan_johnson How do you initiate that through breathwork or visualisation to conscious dreaming? I once saw a tibetan monk trained practitioner teaching a class on it but i missed it. I experienced it mostly through tryptamines.
@lukebelmar@bryan_johnson This level of reality is more akin to Psilocybin or nnDMT. 5MeO is closer to nothingness and everything that makes up the vast ocean of consciousness permeating everything.
@treebloodsoil@BosevskiGorgi Yes, I had that thought at some point. The journey can be non-directed compared to Aya with tribes or with syncretic churches. It’s not as clear and undeniable as other entheogens. It’s definitely promotes neuron growth and helps in creative expression.
@brewsterwilzn@PaulAustin3w Once per month is good, or smaller dosages once a week is good enough. No need for Fadiman’s protocol. I had my last microdose a few years ago and don’t feel a need for it.
🚨 New research reveals that smelling rose essential oil for just 30 days can physically expand your brain’s gray matter.
A groundbreaking study has discovered that the simple act of wearing rose essential oil can lead to visible structural changes in the human brain. Over a 30-day period, participants who wore the scent on their clothing showed a significant increase in gray matter volume across the entire brain, as confirmed by MRI scans. This transformation is driven by aromatic molecules traveling through the olfactory system directly to the limbic system—the brain’s emotional and memory hub. Researchers highlighted the posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) as a primary responder, suggesting that consistent scent exposure keeps this region active in processing memories and fostering neural growth.
Beyond structural expansion, this continuous stimulation activates vital neural pathways and encourages neuroplasticity, the brain's ability to reorganize itself. The implications for mental wellness are profound, as increased gray matter is consistently linked to sharper memory, enhanced learning capabilities, and better emotional regulation. By simply incorporating rose oil into a daily routine, individuals may reduce stress and improve overall cognitive health. This study underscores the powerful connection between our sense of smell and the physical architecture of the mind, offering a natural and accessible way to support brain longevity.

I had the best outcome from experimenting with red‑light photobiomodulation using high‑wattage bulbs. The effects seem to vary based on my diet and body‑fat percentage (an indirect marker of overall inflammation as well).
@Kekius_Sage I have benefitted greatly from these, but I noticed people who aren't in the best headspace can still mess it up by adding brainrot conversations and activity. Pair it with physical coordination activities and productive brain stimuli, and the results can be far greater.
🚨 BREAKING: Brazil just gave away a breakthrough invention because it couldn't pay a patent fee.
Dr. Tatiana Sampaio drops a bombshell: The "Polilaminina" — a revolutionary material developed at Brazil's top federal university — is now anyone's to claim.
Why? Budget cuts in 2015-2016 left UFRJ too broke to renew the international patent.
Translation: Years of research. Millions in public investment. Gone. Because the government couldn't spare the maintenance fees.
Now foreign companies can patent it themselves — and Brazil will pay them to use what it invented.
This is what "austerity" actually costs.
@marclanders This study can be sabotaged as well. Just select narrow the participants of the study that lean towards munchie dominant processed foods consumers.
@marclanders This probably triggered Dr. Daniel Amen.
The aromatherapy research studies in last 5 years with other herbs(rosemary, lavender, rose etc. have suggested similar neuroprotective effects. Some of those research covered some terpenes that overlap with cannabis compounds.
