Quick checklist before you let an agent touch a real wallet:

1. Fresh wallet, nothing else in it. The size of the wallet is the size of your worst case - decide that number on purpose, not by accident.

2. The agent never signs. It drafts the trade, you approve every single execution by hand until you've watched it be right a hundred times in a row.

3. Kill switch tied to a number, not a feeling. Daily loss hits a fixed %, it stops itself. No override, no "just this once."

4. One job per agent. Something juggling research, risk and execution ends up mediocre at all three. Split the roles.

5. Read the log even on the days it makes you money. the trade that quietly goes right teaches you less than the one that almost goes wrong.

None of this is about the agent being smart enough. It's about building a cage it can't argue its way out of.
