Digging into soft skills development for techies.

Since the topic was specifically introduced as 1-on-1 sessions with coaches and psychologists, I'm trying to gain as much expertise as possible to understand if the experience can be transferred to a solo one.

My goal is to turn this into an app, and I need help with the scientific part. I understand that some aspects aren't transferable, but I'm sure some of them are.

If you are (or know anyone who) somehow familiar with this topic, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

@rrhoover @suno_ai_ First, they're great at giving people the experience of making music, even with zero knowledge. Second, it's a huge help for those who are stuck and need to push the boundaries of their existing material. Finally, they need to expand the team with community managers 🤓
