یہاں تک کہ پاکستان کی سپریم کورٹ کا اگست 2026 کا وہ فیصلہ بھی، جس میں عمران خان کو اسلام آباد کے نجی شفا ہسپتال میں فوری طبی علاج فراہم کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا تھا، تاحال نافذ نہیں کیا گیا۔ یہ ملک کی اعلیٰ ترین عدالت کے حکم کی کھلی توہین ہے۔

AN APPEAL TO THE HONOURABLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE OF PAKISTAN

Subject: A Humble Appeal for the Health, Safety, Fundamental Rights and Family Access of Former Prime Minister Imran Khan

Respected Chief Justice,

With due respect, I am writing this letter as an ordinary Pakistani citizen, a patriot, and a political supporter of Mr. Imran Khan. My name is Ehsan Nazeer, and I belong to Punjab, Pakistan.

I am not a person of power or influence. I am simply a citizen who believes in justice, humanity, democracy, and the rule of law. Today, I am raising my voice with deep concern and a heavy heart for my leader, Imran Khan, who has remained in detention for more than three years.

Honourable Chief Justice,

We are deeply worried about his health, safety, and well-being. The lack of reliable information and the difficulties in accessing him have created serious concerns among his supporters and ordinary Pakistani citizens.

What makes this situation even more distressing is that his sisters have also reportedly faced detention. They are family members who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, like every other citizen.

I respectfully ask you:

1. To ensure that Imran Khan's health and safety are independently verified and that reliable information about his well-being is made available to his family.
2. To ensure that he has regular and unrestricted access, in accordance with the law, to his family members, personal physicians, and legal representatives.
3. To review the circumstances of his detention and ensure that all his constitutional and legal rights are protected.
4. To ensure that his sisters and other family members are not deprived of their fundamental rights and are treated in accordance with the law.
5. To take appropriate action within the constitutional jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to safeguard justice, human dignity, and the rule of law.

My most heartfelt request is that we be allowed to meet our leader at least once.

We do not know what tomorrow holds. Life and death are in the hands of Almighty Allah, but as human beings and citizens, we have the right to know whether our leader is safe and healthy. We simply want to see him, hear from him, and be reassured about his well being.

I am placing my trust in the highest court of my country. I sincerely hope that justice will not only be done but will also be seen to be done.

AN APPEAL TO THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY

I also appeal to the United Nations, international human rights organisations, independent legal bodies, and the global community.

Please pay attention to the concerns being raised by Pakistani citizens regarding Imran Khan's health, detention, access to his family, and the rights of his sisters.

I request international human rights organisations to monitor the situation independently, seek credible information, and raise their voices wherever fundamental rights and human dignity may be at risk.

This is not merely a political matter for me. It is a matter of humanity, justice, dignity, and fundamental rights.

I am only one ordinary Pakistani citizen, but I refuse to believe that an ordinary citizen's voice has no value in the pursuit of justice.

I sincerely request your attention and appropriate action.

May justice prevail in Pakistan.
