Subject: Request for urgent appeal and written assurance to restore the rightful land of the Kukis for a lasting solution.

The Kuki Students' Organisation Delhi & NCR as a Concern and responsibile Organisation of the Kuki community, hereby is presenting facts which are exigent for a lasting peace in the region. Enumerable memoranda, pleading to draw the attention of the Indian Government on issues pertaining to the Kukis had been submitted by various Kukis organisation in the past.

The Kuki Students' Organisation Delhi & NCR is compelled to throw light to the government of India (GoI) of incidents of gross Human Rights violation, atrocities, inhumane and barbaric killing, crimes committed upon the Kukis by the so-called Meiteis terrorist such as Arambai Tenggol and Meitei Leepun besides outlawed insurgents like UNLF (P), PLA, PREPAK, KYKL in cahoot with state forces (Manipur Police Commandos, Manipur Police).

1. It was on 13th Aprill 2024 (Saturday) that a combined Forces spearheaded by the Meitei insurgents, Manipur Police Commandos and Manipur Police mercilessly killed two Kuki Village Volunteers, namely: -
(1) (L) Kamminlal Lupheng (23) S/o Paolet Lupheng of Nongdam Kuki under Maphoudam Police Station Kanggui(Kangpokpi) District Outer Manipur.

(2) (L) Kamlengsat Lunkim (22) S/o Thangkhomang Lunkim of Bongjang Village Kanggui(Kangpokpi) District Outer Manipur.

2. It was authentically observed that their body butchered, sliced into pieces with a machete. The violence against the Kukis persists unabated, reflecting a catastrophic failure of humanity and governance.

3. Dear Hn'ble Sir, when we remember our beloved families lynched, sister and womenfolk raped and killed, brothers and children burnt alive, butchered or maimed, while the GOI acts as a mere spectator! Under such circumstances, it is extremely difficult to live with dignity, honor and above all remain patriotic to our great nation.

4. It is an appeal of the KSOD & NCR that the intended visit of Shri Amit Shahji to Manipur is a must and it should sympathetically reassure the Kukis in written to settle once and for all the problems.

5. The Kukis did not want to lose the chance for peace in our country and the Government should not be misled by Meitei paid media, yellow journalism and their vested factional leaders rebelling against the Constitution
of India.

6. In this regard, we would like to draw your close attention to the Kuki problems and must be solved in a form not less than a Union Territory (Separate Administration) with legislature before any kind of agreement between GOI and others is reached.
It appears that the immense suffering and cry of the Kukis havenever been heard. On behalf of the KSOD & NCR, I, the President of the said organisation kindly request to first set out measures to preserve and expedite the process of the Kukis territorial integrity for the sake of lasting peace in Manipur and the neighbouring areas of North-East, India.
