Looking for top-tier AI UGC Video Editors.
‼️ We need editors who can create such realistic videos that people in the comments are asking where they can listen to the podcast from the ad.
You’ll be responsible for 2 rapidly growing brands in the Beauty + Sport/Health niche.
We invest a lot in our editors so you can grow, improve, and get real opportunities long term.
What we need:
Production of 1–2 high-quality videos per day.
1. AI Podcasts
2. AI UGC Storytelling
3. Basic styles like Pixar, 3D, and Claymotion etc.
& Reworking ads into different native languages together with our native-speaking copywriters, making sure the content feels local, still natural, and high-converting.
Credits are covered.
Trial is paid per video. From there, pay is to be discussed based on skill level.
Apply in DM if you think you are the one including your portfolio, looking forward! 👀
Hiring a Junior Creative Strategist for our beauty brand.
DTC brand in Beauty niche, big 5, ~spending $300k/mo on Meta. Huge scaling opportunity
$2500–3,500/mo + 2.5% adspend bonus (where the real money is made). Remote.
The job: mining reviews, comments, competitors for angles → building angle maps → writing hooks and scripts → briefing editors → reading the data and deciding what we test next. You'll be trained. You won't be babysat.
Comp: $2,500-3,500/mo depending on experience, plus 2.5% adspend fee for every ad you concept that beats target roas and holds past x spend. On top of base, not instead of it. Uncapped — our top creatives run for months, and you get paid the whole time they do. Paid monthly, and you see the numbers you're being paid on.
To apply, send in DM:
- Three ads you made (any brand) + one line each on why they won. Not "strong hook" - the angle, and who it's for.
- Any real work you had a hand in: briefs, scripts, an angle doc, edits. Polish matters less than instinct.
- Availability (10–20 / 20–30 / 40 hrs), location + timezone, pay expectation.
- A guilty pleasure you can't live without, under $20. (Not a joke, I'll buy it for you week one.)
No "scaled 8 figures" required. I'd rather train raw signal.
Process: Loom intro → 30-min call (I tell you the brand here) → 1-day timed assessment → interview with our creative lead → offer. Strong applicant Monday, offer by Friday.
$1,000 if you refer the hire.
@EvoBradley I believe content is the biggest differentiator now. I have seen so many apps generating over $100,000 and $500,000 MRR.
These applications are simple, but they have successfully identified specific content patterns and mastered how to communicate effectively with their niche.
IF YOU'RE A FOUNDER WHO NEEDS GROWTH ADVICE, LISTEN UP!!
i have made it my sole purpose and mission to help new and existing founders market successful apps
for some context my app crossed $10k/mo within 4 months, and is currently at 24k users.
here is what YOU need to do in order to succeed in 2026.
a. COPY and STEAL your competitors UGC formats
i mean look at their hooks, audios, demos, and even caption colors
you need to micro analyze every detail and copy everything and then just change it tailored to your SaaS.
make sure your demo part is clear, concise, and is visible.
b. POST EVERY SINGLE DAY
"but vadim... i dont have time to post on Instagram"
cut out that BS
i grew my UGC account to 9.6k followers, and posted 3x every single day and all it takes me is 30 minutes a day
there is no excuse for you, this is the bare minimum.
c. PAID ADS
take your winning UGC formats that took off on Instagram, and now start boosting them through Meta Ads.
now you just continue to repeat this process and scale your app
if you have any questions, shoot them down below.
