The Article 6 of the Trilateral Statement signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia, President of Azerbaijan and President of Russian Federation in November 10, 2020, states the following:
“…..The Lachin corridor (5 km wide), which will ensure the communication between Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia and at the same time will circumvent the city of Shushi, shall remain under the control of the peacekeeping contingent of the Russian Federation.
Upon agreement reached between the Parties, a plan for the construction of a new route along the Lachin corridor shall be determined within the upcoming three years, ensuring communication between Nagorno Karabakh and the Republic of Armenia, with subsequent redeployment of Russian peacekeeping contingent to protect this route.
The Republic of Azerbaijan shall guarantee safe movement of citizens, vehicles and cargo in both directions along the Lachin corridor.”
Hence, the Lachin Corridor is the only designated road connecting Nagorno Karabakh with the Republic of Armenia agreed upon and signed by the Prime Minister of Armenia, President of Azerbaijan and President of Russian Federation.
Therefore, the first step to the solution of the crisis in Nagorno Karabakh is the implementation of Article 6 of the Trilateral statement from November 9, 2020, and the implementation of the interim decision of the International Court of Justice from February and July, 2023.
Azerbaijan must comply with its obligations and end blockade of the Lachin Corridor.
Fact based coverage by @IgnatiusPost in @washingtonpost discusses the weaponization of hunger by the leadership of Azerbaijan against the people of Nagorno Karabakh.
End blockade of #LachinCorridor ! https://t.co/EK2kHfyuTl
All shops stand empty in #NagornoKarabakh due to the relentless siege by #Azerbaijan. The humanitarian crisis continues to take its toll. In a Stepanakert kindergarten, children express their longing by drawing what they miss the most during this difficult blockade. Innocent lives are profoundly affected.

The existential threats continue to loom over the people of Artsakh. The criminal regime of Azerbaijan is not capable and is not willing to provide security guarantees to our people. Instead, what it offers is either ethnic cleansing or forced subjugation. The recognition of the right to self-determination of Artsakh is the only way to guarantee the security and freedom of its indigenous population from the ethnic hatred and discriminatory policy led by Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan is blocking a convoy carrying 400 tones of humanitarian aid from entering Artsakh.
It could not be more obvious — Azerbaijan’s goal is to starve Artsakh’s 120,000 Armenians to the brink of extinction.
Azerbaijan is a terrorist state.
One phone call from Joe Biden to Ilham Aliyev could have ended Azerbaijan's blockade of Artsakh on day one.
He simply needed to say: "Stop this blockade or we cease our US military aid, sanction your leadership, and airlift assistance to Artsakh."

Thank you for signing the petition dearest @itspetergabriel Your Biko song made me believe in music as a means to positive change. You’re truly a huge inspiration
The dictatorship regime of Azerbaijan refuses to allow the transportation of humanitarian aid through occupied Berdzor corridor.
Russian peacekeepers have been in negotiations with the Azerbaijani side for several hours, while trucks carrying the humanitarian aid remain at the Hakari bridge. Azerbaijan is refusing to allow humanitarian assistance to reach the residents of Artsakh through the Berdzor Corridor, instead demanding the aid go through Akna (Aghdam). In Baku, Azerbaijan claims that an agreement was reached during the meeting in Brussels to use the road through Akna for supplies to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
More than 400 tons of humanitarian aid is blocked from reaching 120,000 peaceful civilians of Artsakh who have been blockaded by the terrorist regime for 227 days.
The shipment comprises 60 tons of sugar, 40 tons of oil, 100 tons of flour, 80 tons of pasta, 20 tons of powdered milk, 12 tons of baby food, and 9 tons of medication.
The contents of the aid trucks for the people of Artsakh were verified in the presence of foreign diplomats, with a representative from the Russian Embassy in Armenia, Maxim Seleznev, participating in the inspection.
Meet Tigran, a 11-year old blogger from Askeran, Nagorno-Karabakh.
Tigran’s blog was mainly about the Artsakh dialect & how he and his friends enjoy their life. Now he speaks about the dire consequences of Azerbaijan’s blockade.

For many months #Azerbaijan was deceiving the international community into thinking that the#LachinCorridor is open for humanitarian movement of people & goods to/from sieged #NagornoKarabakh. By stopping the humanitarian convoy at the entry point of the Corridor & its contemptuous statement that the “game is over” 🇦🇿 is proving that it was playing a dirty game & lying all those months.

By endorsing Azerbaijan's proposal to utilize the road through Aghdam, @CharlesMichel lends legitimacy to the blockade of #Artsakh. Consequently, rather than resolving the existing problems, the mediators may inadvertently contribute to the emergence of new ones.
The adoption of Azerbaijani terminology by the EU could serve as a justification for Aliye's regime to undertake additional criminal actions against the #Armenians of Artsakh. Another significant concern arises when the EU, which prides itself on democratic values, supports autocratic Azerbaijan in its endeavors, thereby inadvertently endorsing a policy of ethnic cleansing and the forcible displacement of Artsakh Armenians from their ancestral lands.
