@OctopusEnergy contacted them to change supplier on the 26 September. Since then, I have heard nothing despite being promised a call on the 27th. I am very disappointed in the customer service provided by Octopus.

@tescomobile just an observation just how does Tesco mobile customer services manage to get so highly rated? I've been attempting now for three days to resolve a problem of Tesco's making without success. Very poor service.

@by_Kernow 14 November complaint logged, apparently. Buses are just not running, and there is no notification of this on either twitter or the First website. There are numerous complaints l should imagine that are outstanding concerning the T1 service.

@by_Kernow is the T1 service the worst in your network. A 2 hour wait is not uncommon.
