@johncutlefish - If it is about adhoc learning, this is a problem of engagement in remote setup. Focus on trust building will help the team willing to pick adhoc tasks, learn and contribute. Sometimes trust and time is all is needed. :)
@johncutlefish I am intrigued by problems of remote work, so my thoughts -
- If coaching is for job they were hired for -
extended onboarding for remote with expected learnings in given time.
- If its for growth, employees come up with a plan - what and when with manager's buy-in.
So important to surround yourself with right people.
