in contrast, amazon e-commerce doesn't remove any negative reviews. i've worked there for a few years so i'm certain. there are fake reviews that we were fighting back but never removed negative reviews. removing would increase return rates and hurt amazon's reputation.

When people stop believing in Airbnb listings credibility, it creates such an anxiety around booking because you simply don't know if you will have an experience like the QT below

And people will just go book elsewhere for more certainty, as I did

We live in the time of honesty and transparency so Airbnb is literally off trend

fun story. in an onboarded flight with prolonged waiting the pilot realized my son was getting too bored and suggested to come sit his place while we wait for the flight approval. both my wife and son were super excited. thanks to the @easyJet pilot for this nice gesture.
