Last term we decided to focus on teaching behaviour explicitly to our pupils.

We had recently maintained our outstanding grade but felt like behaviour wasn't quite where we wanted it to be. We decided to explicitly teach pupils our values.

@ateachersvision Congratulations! Biggest tip is be sure of your decisions and vision when leading more experienced staff; they can sometimes be unable to hear your fantastic leadership advice and only see your age. Listen to them, give the ‘why’ and back up proposed changes with evidence x
