Remarkably poor customer service from @jet2tweets. Told I'd hear back about an urgent matter within 48 hours. Over three days now and still nothing. Already spent 5 hours on hold in total and got cut off today after 51 mins on hold. FURIOUS ๐คฌ
@GarminUK I've already gone through this rigmarole on email so if you're going to ask me these same questions I'm just going to pursue a refund through the reseller. Absolutely ridiculous
@GarminUK (2/2) tracking despite me informing them that I have done the same exercises when this watch was working fine with no problems. I've sent multiple examples of of both AND answered reams of pointless questions. When my fit bit broke, they replaced it. Poor, poor service.

When my fit bit broke they just replaced, no questions asked. I'm being made to feel like a criminal. Guess I made a poor choice in Garmin๐
@GarminUK your customer service is so poor. I have been in email comms with a 'customer service expert' for weeks now after my watch stopped tracking properly during exercise. They continue to pursue a thread of thought that it's the exercises I'm doing that's causing poor (1/2)
