A city of highly educated, professional citizens is being **harassed by political interference, bureaucratic apathy and an unaccountable field machinery.**

XENs/SDOs often don't respond, field staff have a **free run**, and citizens keep chasing officials for basic services.

The municipal system has become a **golden goose for politicians and bureaucrats**—so reform will obviously be an uphill task.

**Why not let government govern and professionals run the city's infrastructure?**

Bring in professionally managed city infrastructure companies with **KPIs, SLAs, digital monitoring, transparency and real accountability.**

Citizens don't care who runs the system.

**They want roads, drainage, sewage and basic services to WORK.**

**Gurgaon deserves a 21st-century city management model—not a bureaucracy designed for another era.**
