@Alien_Zaki @AlLubak It's either he was ignorant of the impermissiblity of khamr or he was not. No one is ignorant about the impermissiblity of khamr. Therefore, he legalized acts which he knew was Ḥarām. This is sufficient for Takfīr Al-Muʿayyan.

Point 17: the so on so ‘Madakhila’ solely said the one who holds this new innovation of Tawheed al Hakimiyyah is an innovator?

Shaykh Uthaymeen states:
“'We say he is an astray ignoramus because Tawhid al-Hakimiyyah is the Tawhid of Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic. The Haakim (Ruler) is Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic. So when you say: Tawheed is three types as the Scholars have said: Tawheed ar-Rububiyyah, then Tawhid al-Haakimiyyah enters into Tawhid ar-Rububiyyah, because Tawhid ar-Rububiyyah is the singling out of al-Hukm (judgement) al-Khalq (creation), at-Tadbeer (organizing, regulating) for Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic.

'And this (fourth category) is an rejected newly-invented saying. And how is singling out al-Haakimiyyah, [how] is it possible to single this out? Is it that the ruler of all the entire world is just one or what? This is a newly-invented, innovated, rejected saying, it is rejected against the one who said it, and it is said to him: If you intend the hukm (rule, judgement), then the rule is for Allaah alone, and it enters into Tawhid ar-Rububiyyah, because the Rabb (Lord) is al-Khaaliq (the Creator), the Maalik (the Owner), the Mudabbir (the Regulator) of all the affairs.

So, this is a bid’ah and a dhalalah”

Ah. But the Madakhila bring this.

Shaykh al-Albani states, only those who want to takfir and use this term as a political weapon have tried to create it a foundation.

@AdabDurrah Yā khabīth, you have no right to criticize the Shaykh over this when your Shaykh, Al-ʿUlwān, held the same exact belief. If Shaykh Al-Ruḥaylī doesn't know Islām, then your Shaykh Al-ʿUlwān is one of the biggest Muḥāribīn of Islām.
