While the world sees and celebrates cricket and peaceful elite cities of Pakistan, life for Pashtuns, Baluchi’s and minorities is far from peaceful. Pashtuns in Bannu have become the target of a new cycle of terror and intimidation by the Pakistani army and its proxies. Homes and shops of Pashtuns are burnt without mercy.
This is a clear sign the state does not tolerate peace, prosperity and commerce in Pashtun land.

I can’t understand the double standards of the KP govt. On one hand, they are inviting Manzoor to the CM’s house for talks, while on the other, they are targeting PTMs protest. PTI, having been affected by the denial of their own right to protest, is now doing the same to PTM.

After last night’s intimidations, the Pakistani police returned to Khyber, this time to burn the tents and sleeping places of the volunteers and f #PashtunNationalCourt11October. The Pakistani state agencies have adopted a new tactic of intimidation: setting properties and land on fire. After burning a market with livestock in Mirali, now our tents in Khyber are burnt.
The state is hell-bent on subjugating Pashtuns as third degree citizens.
