New paper on livestock guarding dog (LGD) interactions with wildlife in Romania 🐕 🇷🇴

Shepherd interviews and LGD scat analysis showed that LGDs can support human–wildlife coexistence with minimal direct impacts on wildlife if managed appropriately.

The system is open source so that people can develop their own similar devices, and with how things are going in this field, I'm hoping it won't be too long until there are cheap GPS-synchronised recorders on the market :)
