Seems more of a symptom of a funding environment that favored founders, than a cause.
Alternatively, would guess advice will change now that fundraising winds have shifted.

@lucaslameiras honestly, these number must change wildly depending on where you draw the line for the city + what types of homes get counted and which don't. hard to imagine that the avg home in Rio is ~20% more expensive than in SP.
