I'm done sitting at the crypto kids table. I'm done with uninvestable trash. I am still bullish on a handful of tokens in this space, run by a few teams with integrity, who have made the best of the systems that exist. But I want to just invest in real businesses, with real paths to revenue, where the token is intrinsically and explicitly tied to the success of that business. I want to help those businesses grow. If your token doesn't guarantee me a seat at the table and a share in the feast, I'm not interested.
To that end, there is one business here that I've recently joined to throw my full weight into helping succeed, because I see a rational path to them building something worth billions one day. They botched their launch. Didn't have a cohesive web3 plan. Don't know how to "play the games" in this kiddie casino. Too busy closing deals in the real world and delivering valuable services.
The @nonkyotoproto got in touch with me to help them out, and I've spent the last few weeks on many many calls with their CEO @WilliamNKPCEO probing into the whole enterprise. As it turns out, enough people with power and money care about the climate that carbon credits are worth a LOT of money.
Over $900 billion worth of carbon credits are sold each year. Projects that involve conservation, reforestation, bioremediation, waste-processing, alternative fuel-production, if done properly, can be issued staggering amounts of these credits which turn them from charity cash-sinks into profitable ventures or turbocharge the already profitable facilities.
https://t.co/82gykXZZK6
So that's the simplest breakdown of the base foundation for the business. Spend money on regenerative projects and technology. Make a whole lot more money while doing good instead of just extracting value.
I'm convinced they will build a business that generates a staggering amount of revenue. The potential dwarfs almost everything you're looking at in bryptoland. 30% of that gets blasted into the chart to market buy the token, and the other 70% reinvested into more ventures.
But don't go fomo into $NKP. This isn't your flavor of the week KOL rotation. This isn't your meth-head word salad vapor larp. Even comparing to the legit things here, this isn't a pure-tech start up that can move at hyperspeed to give you an update every 3 days pushing new code.
Expect significant progress on the scale of months. Trees take time to grow. Breathe. Read. Learn. You'll eventually understand what's growing on here. It will be slower than you want, but faster than you might think. Who knows when 7 figures worth of buybacks might start?
There is a reason why the financial boom is happening in stonks and not crypto. Invest in businesses.

The updated $NKP website offers a clearer view of our model, projects, and impact strategy. As we help the on-chain carbon market scale, our initiatives generate benefit for the world and profit for investors.
Come see what we're growing.

Lightspeed too
Both early Anthropic investors btw
I remember people telling me KLED has no product market fit lol
Fair valuation for @useKled is likely a billion+ now considering a knockoff raised significantly more capital, and from big VCs
Reprice $KLED immediately
I just found out that Luel AI, the company that completely copied my company Kled's entire website, is misrepresenting their compliance practices, using Delve to outsource it, fabricating their website user numbers, and pulling in massive amounts of fraud data from exclusively fraud oriented regions.

You truly cannot make this up. This is egregious, disgusting behavior from everyone involved.
This is people's data. It cannot be taken lightly. The only way a company like this can truly succeed is by investing the time and resources to commit 100% to the trust and compliance of their users' data. Luel AI is doing the exact opposite. Disgusting behavior for a company trusted with people's data.
General Catalyst just co-led a $31.5 million seed round into a blatant rip-off of my company, Kled.
(skip to 40 seconds if you want to skip context)
I would typically not speak on things like this, but this level of blatant copycatting is egregious and completely unacceptable, and needs to be made an example of.
This is one of hundreds of YC startups who have conducted this disgusting behavior. Unimaginative slop that continues to get rewarded due to nepotism.
SERV Reasoning Private Beta is live, with hundreds on the waitlist.
One of the first teams - ThoughtProof - builds agent verification infrastructure for banking, compliance, and onchain settlement. They ran SERV against their production stack.
Result: 107× PPD vs baseline.👇
LazarBeam has just invested into Kled.
23 million subscribers, one of the biggest YouTubers of all time, and someone I personally watched relentlessly growing up.
Welcome to the cap table Lannan. He will be joining, Diplo, PandaBoi, 24kGolden, and all the other creatives who have angel invested in Kled. Proud to have you join us.
Kled is partnering with Vanta and Workstreet to build automated SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance infrastructure for our marketplace.
Most data marketplaces stop at SOC 2. We are implementing all four major compliance frameworks, the highest level of compliance infrastructure reasonably available to a company at our stage.
This means Kled can fully process, package, and process any type of user data: safely, consensually, and at scale.
The leading AI labs and enterprise customers don't just want good data. They want data they can stake their models and products on.
Enterprise contracts and institutional buyers require this infrastructure before serious conversations can happen. We're building it now so it's never the reason a deal doesn't close in the future.
The data marketplace that wins long term is the one labs and enterprises trust most.
our biggest focus for the next 2 months at kled is trust & safety.
so we built a fully public audit trail for every single upload on the app, updates automatically the second it's made.
the moment we send data to an AI lab, they can search the hash ID of any image, video, doc, or audio file and see exactly:
- the tos + privacy policy the user signed
- every compliance check we ran
- anonymized kyc proof
- confirmation the user got paid
- a full timestamp of the entire interaction start to finish
any ai lab can now verify the legitimacy of any dataset in seconds, making us the first data marketplace in history to publicize its data audit records.
consumer identities are fully anonymized and hidden, no users will be exposed in the process.
Watch cracked founder @GhostHash1 break down @SolRouterAI , the future of Private AI for consumers and the agent economy.
Built and launched on SERV.
Vroom vroom.
The first human data marketplace has just crossed over 1 billion uploads.
Tens of thousands of structured and labeled datasets across all human activity.
We are on track to do over 5 billion uploads this year, officially cementing our place as the largest opt in human data collection effort in history.
This belongs to every person who chose to own their data. Thank you.

Kled survived the ICM meta.
It survived the FUDs thrown at it.
It is not only surviving now, it’s thriving.
More than $10m raised from VCs.
Signed a deal with Street to give token holders more upside.
Token prices holding well.
300.000+ users and all these while throttling back marketing.
Soon to fix bottlenecks and launch on Google play store.
Expecting some decent moves.
Market recovering, appetite will improve.
Still making buys. Anything below $20m mc is a huge bargain.
high token burn is something @openai or @AnthropicAI will never fix. They charge you per token so they want you to use more of them.
people dont really talk about it cause tokens are getting cheaper with distillation, quantization, better chips etc. but at the same time reasoning is getting more and more verbose (if you sell tokens by the million, there is no incentive to go the other way)
@openservai developed a fix for this, see more here https://t.co/jk9Xzw6jRV
migration from OpenAI or Anthropic will be trivial, you just change your base URL and model name. the paper about the method is on arXiv (2512.15959), in peer review rn
Oh yes. And not just saying, doing.
The results are here, and real.
> Backed by months of research
>A full scientific paper
>Currently in peer-review
Private beta of version 1 is about to open up before catching wildfire publicly.
We've been pretty quiet about what we're building. That changes now.
Our reasoning framework is currently beating every @OpenAI model on industry standard benchmarks. There are six models in development. SERV-nano just matched GPT-5.4 at 20x lower cost and 3x the speed. The research paper backing it is in peer review at a top-1% AI journal. The UAE government is running it in production, so are 10+ enterprises.
Nothing comes even close.
This goes far beyond any wrapper or prompt engineering gimmick, we've developed an entire AI reasoning layer from scratch: structured, bounded, deterministic using machine readable code instead of vague english prompts.
Any builder or enterprise swaps two lines of code and their agents get much cheaper and much smarter instantly. The self-serve API is about to open, in a multi-phase rollout.
More soon.
