@DeanTTraining What app is that? I’m on train heroic and I like it a lot but it can only track two stats at a time so I log reps and sets and log RPE freeform in the notes section
@BowTiedFawn@BowTiedVD@JamesonCamp Have you gotten a chance to use Muse at all? interested to hear what the differences are from someone who’s actually used both
Me and my older brother have a saying and it's really not remarkable but it fucking works and it has a deep meaning behind it. Whenever something occurs that has the potential to knock me off my path or get significantly in my way, a few years ago I started saying "Get Large" and going to the gym as a blatant coping mechanism but over time I've found it to be genius. As soon as something negative happens you can immediately redirect focus to yourself and who you wish to become by going to the gym and becoming large, immediate attention refocus onto yourself and your ascent, we've now said it so much as a joke and it's carried me through so much bullshit it's engraved into my soul. Get large.
@user_mm_ You find that your grip gives out before your lats doing these?
Switched from this to shoulder width pronated grip with straps for that reason
@jechacas@nickcammarata Really like this. Only thing I’d comment on is that the emphasis on “novel” on #4 may lead the LLM astray. The best and right answer isn’t always something new
@BowTiedUM@BowTiedLoon What should that potassium number be at in total/relation to sodium?
Got labs done recently and my numbers are pretty much the same
@ideabrowser I’m working on a production engine (recall + segmentation, benefits-tracking included) that reliably generates hygiene appointments for dental practices.
Was inspired by the BenefitTracker idea yall posted
@DeanTTraining Used one of these today since my hometown gym doesnt have an extension machine with a pulley attachement
Holding out dumbbells with wrist straps had my hams/glutes firing
