Since @NWS can't control itself with the "imminent threat alerts" for every drop of rain that falls from the sky, I guess I'll turn off all emergency alerts.
@jennifersrude I just got one for a flood watch. @nws get your alerts straight. Weather alerts are typically not imminant threats. Its barely raining here!
@FedExHelp why does your system say they tried to deliver today? I’ve been here all day and no attempt. Plus your phone system seems programmed to create as much rage as possible for customers. Way to drop the ball.
@TBInvestigation Dumbest abuse of power. The ENTIRE STATE gets this alert at midnight. How can most of us do anything when you woke us up! Alert those in the are only and leave the rest of the state alone! #abuseofpower
@MLGW of course the 0.00000001” of rain we got today that included no wind or lightening knocked out power with no est return. Awesome. Glad to see the focus on everything else in the community RATHER THAN ELECTRICITY. #focus
Since @Uber and @Uber_Support continue to ignore me and will not fix the overcharge I have canceled #UberOne. Treat your #customer right and you keep business. Give poor #customerservice and lose them. YOU HAD 2 MONTHS!

@Uber_Support you are a joke and have ignored my issue for 2 months. So long the chat was auto archived in your app. You don’t care about your customers.
After 2 months @Uber still has not resolved their issue where they charged me 30% extra in 5 rides. Obviously they don’t care about their customers who have no recourse, no way to talk to them. Only chat which they ignore.
@Uber_Support I am beyond frustrated with your app customer support! Got a msg saying no promo code needed for 30% off rides. Never got discount. App support stringing me along for nearly 3 weeks. Makes me want to find another provider.
@dkhos I will say that I have enjoyed being an @uber customer over the years. However when I ran into my first problem @Uber_Support has dropped the ball big time! Is it typical for an issue to need 3 weeks with no end in sight to get resolved? Need to reconsider providers.

@Uber_Support just told me they won't respond to me anymore since there is nothing more than can be done right now. They'd rather lose a customer than pay the $40 owed for their promo code that didn't work. #CustomerService#CustomerExperience
