On 5 days banking week every section of management right from MD & CEO to regional head all are sympathetic to our strike because they all want 5 days banking week and still we are not able to follow ufbu call to leave office by 5.30 PM .
Then imagine our courage to leave office on time when union fight against bank management wrongdoings.
We are too scared and weak to fight real battle .
