@lauriesantos@JonMalesic Some is cultural but I think maybe we can manage the burnout we bring on ourselves by: a) identifying the feeling to ourselves and managers as burn out, b) finding things you can "let drop", c) managing expectations & say no -- not necessarily easy, but maybe some tools we have?
