@daniel_mac8 I’m not a Claude hater but I will say I thinks lot of the disappointment because the benchmarks make it seem better than fable and it’s just not. Fable is still head and shoulders above everything else irl
@amorriscode any chance you could add a “continue when usage resets” button to the usage limit reached warning? It would be so nice for when you run out of usage near the end of the day.
If that’s against the goals of what anthropic wants for the subscriptions I understand
First known US case: American charged for using a “duress” password
Samuel Tunick, an Atlanta resident, is being prosecuted for allegedly giving border agents a passcode that wiped his phone.
The feature comes from GrapheneOS, a privacy-focused Android OS. Entering the duress code triggers a full factory reset.
This is believed to be the first time federal prosecutors have brought such charges.
The incident happened in January 2025 at Atlanta airport. Agents demanded access to his phone without a warrant, saying he hadn’t yet officially entered the US. When they entered the code, the phone wiped itself.
Tunick has pleaded not guilty. His lawyers argue the seizure was unlawful and that agents were investigating his activism against “Cop City.”
The case raises big questions about digital rights at the US border.
What do you think?

@mweinbach I just appreciate that he’s consistent. I think if the other labs were as honest about their beliefs they would be just as unpopular but they all kinda say what you want to hear whereas you always know what anthropic actually wants
@amorriscode Yeah it is my preferred experience most of the time I was just surprised to not see queuing at all. You answered my question of if I was missing something. Thanks!😁
@amorriscode I’m a little surprised that Claude code switched from queuing messages to them just going straight in and steering. I had thought that you were going to change it to having the option to steer but otherwise it queues, similar to codex. Am I missing something?
@amorriscode any chance you can make the diff tool at least have an uncommitted option? I don’t care if I don’t have staged and unstaged. I just would like to be able to look at just the recently changed files without having to commit or open up another app. It seems easy
I got some really useful Claude prompting tips from @_catwu and @trq212 - it's time to stop overloading our prompts with examples and lists of things not to do, Fable works better without those
Claude Code's own system prompt recently shrunk by 80%!
