We are proud to announce a collaboration with @uk_biobank to create the world’s first large-scale #epigenetic dataset of 50k participants. The dataset will unlock crucial insights into how #epigenetics drives disease & the breakthroughs to treat them. https://t.co/jEYCZVEUvP
Happy to report that our paper “Gene-based burden tests of rare germline variants identify six cancer susceptibility genes” has now been published in Nature Genetics: https://t.co/wqLzCFDQhX

.@brynjad93 shared results from her large-scale methylation study at #nanoporeconf. The team at deCODE analysed 7K samples, identifying 189K methylation-depleted sequences, and uncovering novel allele-specific methylation QTLs linked to gene expression and hematological traits.
Proud to announce that our study on comparing the 5-mCpG methylation detection of 7179 ONT sequenced samples to 132 oxBS samples and 50 PacBio sequence samples has been published in @GenomeBiology 1/7

Looking forward to heading to Stockholm this week for the latest stop on the @nanopore#WYMM tour. Great to see a wide range of talks on the agenda, especially with @brynjad93 kicking us off with a talk titled "Large-scale methylation studies using @nanopore sequencing"
Proud to announce that our study on actionable genotypes and their association with life span using WGS data from 57,933 Icelanders has been published in @NEJM. @GudnyAnna@RunFridriksd@hanleygubrick@patsule https://t.co/ZaRIbDzANU 1/8
