@kcoleAFC@SeanDOlfc@Nabyllionaire Even the massively inflated numbers put your parade at around 1 million people (it was more like 500-600k). London's metro population is something like 12-15 million.
If you're the "face" of London, why did less than 5% of London attend the parade?
@stehoare Usually it's the coach who wants longer because it means more security and a bigger exit package if (when) they're fired. So Liverpool probably bit his hand off. Can always renew for 2 years next year if he's doing well.
@mjcolclough@bombaygooner@PatrickBury Nobody is complaining about football in general so the analogy stands. You're complaining about something on twitter, so by your logic you should get off twitter.
@mcgeejamesmcgee@lfcfever007 Wages have a higher correlation. Liverpool have been 4th or 5th biggest net spenders in England on TFs but second most successful club over last decade. But consistently second or third highest on wages
@RZA79@lfcfever007 No, it's from last season so a lot of bonuses will be included too. I doubt wage bill overall comes down much next season vs this season, the club will just use the extra capacity from Salah exit to beef up squad overall
@Billeriaytown@WatchReform@SarahForRuncorn There's only about 60p of excise duty on that pint. The majority of the cost increase in central London over the last two decades has been the increased cost of labour and commercial rents
