@MrsCMFrancis That’s a great game! I did get a bit confused on the orientation of oldest to newest slots and went column down left then right instead of row by row, but that was a treat.
@allie__voss There’s a book written by a Christian missionary to a cannibalistic tribe in New Guinea that has some really great insights on this. Not the primary focus of the book but it’s a critical part of his work. It’s called Peace Child by Don Richardson. Highly recommend.
@OilCoIntern Idk. Flying the uninitiated in at night and letting them try to figure out why there’s giant fireballs everywhere probably doesn’t help much either.
@TheEasternWave@LewSpears I’ve tried to get into them. They seem like games I should love but I get overwhelmed at all the systems. Maybe I’m just too perfectionist and need to let things play out
@bethanyjbabcock I’d recommend trying to get in a meeting with not just the sales person or manager of the RE practice, but also the consultant working your properties.
You would be shocked at how little some people know.
If you ever want a second opinion on a property let me know!
@saurabh947@bethanyjbabcock I think a third party company is okay if a homeowner isn’t willing to put in a lot of effort themselves or believes that the value is fairly close.
If you’re looking for large reductions you’re going to have to do it yourself or hire a boutique firm that actually listens.
