what if texting your best friend was just… doodles
passed like real notes:

you fold them up
your friend unfolds them by hand
(it's soo satisfying)

introducing bestiz, the app i made for #shipaton's design award 🫶

@_waela @weekwize Hey Waela 👋 Let's connect!

[Castro @castromdev]

@NadyaVoynich hi Nadya 👋
just followed you!

[Castro @castromdev]

@madsmadsdk It's weird, I'm experiencing it as well
Some users download the app, go through onboarding, create an account... then never use the app at all, don't even try it 🤯

[Castro @castromdev]

just got my first-ever annual subscriber

such an amazing feeling knowing someone appreciates all the effort I've put into the app

(the @RevenueCat notification really is a dopamine hit lmao)

might not have won a #Shipaton award, but this project is just getting started. let's goooo

[Castro @castromdev]

@plahteenlahti I would appreciate some feedback on bestiz! (download link in the post below)

@austnstuff @RevenueCat thank you austin! if you wanna test it without actually pairing with someone, use code "JUDGES" (I prepared it to fill the app w/ demo data so the judges could test it easily lmao)

[Castro @castromdev]

@austnstuff oh I'm sad rn :( thought I had a real shot at the design award!

Still, I'm proud to have shipped a whole app in less than a month. Most of my projects died without ever seeing the App Store :)

thank you #Shipaton & @RevenueCat team!

@ScottSmithDev yeah I noticed a similar pattern. My apps only get reviewed around 9 AM - 3 PM (California time).
