Build more. Build better. CTO at @REK.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

"Hardware is hard" was the warning, and now it's the moat.

[Naval @naval]

Pure software is rapidly becoming un-investable.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@creatine_cycle You can build robots too.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@barrett_io It's true, mostly due to cost.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@RealSamRogers @MoMonuments @MoMonuments is making America better.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@heinenbros hire them, duh.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@EricLDaugh @MoMonuments this is your bread and butter

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@kaiarhodes @AngadRandhawa @GaruthAcharya @GaruthAcharya definitely give 'em a look.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@barrett_io @aernata @MoMonuments this goes unreasonably hard.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@fdotinc Not the first: https://t.co/ve1nOM0OHi but hopefully you do it better.

Happy to share everything i learned from doing it for 5 years.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@alexburkardt @jjkaplowitz @REK @cixliv Thanks! Can't wait to have a fight in Pittsburgh.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@ErenChenAI Another great example of why dismembering robots is funny.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@cixliv Ya I noticed that too

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

A lot of these demos are genuinely impressive. There is definitely something being faked with the car lift though. The suspension should unload and then you lift the car. There is no unload here.

[Unitree @UnitreeRobotics]

Unitree Introducing: H2-X Kung Fu Legend Guardian🤖
Powerful performance to serve and guard you, with a maximum endurance of approximately 8 hours.
Please use the robot safely and in a friendly manner.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@lordcumberlord Nope, that was real. I saw it on Chinese COPS while I was there.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@chris_j_paxton Nah, that robot was made to fight.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@AviAisenberg @pronounced_kyle More shipping robots in america, and less navel gazing research.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@jjkaplowitz @OverReactor1776 WAIT FUCK THAT WAS SETH?!? Legend.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]

@Tri_Stanisaurus let it burn.

[Barrett Ames @cbames]
