@ShannonZeccola I do find myself providing Schoology support for families that have "Parent Portal" access to Schoology. The Schoology website has some useful tips and tricks that I share with families that log into the Schoology Parent Portal. #wuedt6020
@tucker_teach I have had success with Blooket for both in-person and virtual students. One pro is that students receive automatic feedback for each question. One con is that some students do not like to feel rushed to answer each question. #wuedt6020

I believe elearning is here to stay. With time, technology will evolve, and so will teaching and learning. I appreciate how elearning keeps things new and innovative for my students. #wuedt6020
@khainsey22 Technology has allowed for "in person" students to remain connected with virtual students via Schoology discussion boards and the Google platforms. I have some classes that I teach concurrently. #wuedt6020
@khainsey22@McCoolWILMu I have used Google Forms as a way to collect feedback. Thank you for the reminder since it has been awhile since I have used that application. #wuedt6020
@papayapappas@McCoolWILMu Google Slides is great! I love how "in person" students can still collaborate with virtual students using the Google platform. #wuedt6020
@DHS_CoachClark@EdTechLaura I have a "connection before content" each day before the lesson. Sometimes the question is as simple as "What is your favorite season?" other times I may ask a deeper more thought provoking question. #wuedt6020
@JoyMac22@McCoolWILMu Nearpod is wonderful! I also like to use NearPod as a way to provide enrichment activities for students that want to learn more about a topic. I can assign them to be completed at the student's own pace. #wuedt6020
@Carolin99750791@McCoolWILMu@EdTechLaura I appreciate the limitless amount of knowledge that is now available to my students with the advancement of EdTech. Students are also exposed to a wide variety of perspectives. #wuedt6020
@MrKppnhvr@khainsey22@EdTechLaura The creativity that EdTech brings to education is amazing! Critical thinking and collaboration skills are able to be incorporated on a daily basis with EdTech. #wuedt6020
@McCoolWILMu@EdTechLaura EdTech has improved education as students are able to develop 21st century skills and connect with others globally. It is still imperative, however, to personally connect with students and address the SEL needs of our students. #wuedt6020
@EdTechGary @McCoolWILMu@EdTechLaura Artificial Intelligence is a 21st century skill our students may rely on in the future. This is a great emerging trend to include in the classroom. #wuedt6020
@jacalynj11 I love the idea of incorporating Gamification and Social Media Learning. By tapping into student interests we can increase engagement. #wuedt6020
@McCoolWILMu@EdTechLaura An emerging trend I want to incorporate in my teaching practice is analytic technology. Collecting data to optimize learning experiences is key. I also want to utilize analytic technology to enhance student feedback. Thank you @EdTechMilkshake for the great ideas! #wuedt6020
