It's probably because of blocking, situation, and personnel, but it is pretty funny that Keaton Mitchell has higher career success rates on interior runs than Omarion Hampton.

NFC Team-By-Team Thoughts
Cardinals – Considering systemic QB/OL issues, fading all AZ Cardinals skill players is a reasonable FF strategy.
Falcons – Michael Penix still looks likely to dominate starts over Tua Tagovailoa.
Panthers – LT Ike Ekwonu tore patellar tendon last January, while RT Taylor Moton’s (blood clotting in lungs) return timetable is undefined. Near-full fade on Panthers offense.
Bears – Luther Burden practicing fully after early-August groin injury. Among NFL WRs, only Puka Nacua (3.79) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (3.72) averaged more YPRR than Burden (2.79) last year.
Cowboys – Javonte Williams winner at final cuts; Cowboys parted with Jaydon Blue & Phil Mafah. Williams sets up as true three-down back & usage monster.
Lions – I’m buying Jared Goff’s MVP odds at 35 to 1.
Packers – Expect GB pass rate to climb sans bellcow Josh Jacobs, benefiting Jordan Love, Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, Matthew Golden, and Tucker Kraft.
Rams – Puka Nacua appears to have escaped rumored suspension. My overall WR1 ahead of Ja’Marr Chase, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Vikings – 2026 Vikings profile as low-scoring, defense-oriented team that leans on Jordan Mason offensively.
Saints – Devaughn Vele projects as every-down starting WR opposite Chris Olave until Jordyn Tyson (hamstring) returns.
Giants – One of least bankable 2026 offenses with Matt Nagy at OC, Jaxson Dart inherited by Nagy & John Harbaugh, moving parts in backfield. Not crazy to fade this offense entirely.
Eagles – Tank Bigsby the ultimate RB bench stash behind 29 ½-year-old Saquon Barkley.
49ers – Mike Evans’ ADP has fallen deep into sixth round, where he should be an auto-pick as No. 1 option in Kyle Shanahan passing game.
Seahawks – Brandon Thorn up to No. 10 for Seattle’s offensive line ranking, boding well for Jadarian Price.
Bucs – Roles seem defined for 3-way RBBC again: Bucky Irving lead back, Kenneth Gainwell passing-down dominator, Sean Tucker short yardage/goal line.
Commanders – I’m betting on Rachaad White to lead WAS running backs in playing time due to White’s pass-blocking proficiency in offense that will likely miss LT Laremy Tunsil (torn triceps) for the year.
Getting a chance to demo the new @FantasyPtsData Data suite 2.0. Outstanding so far altho I just scratched the surface. I like how their on/off splits are displayed. Easy to use. If you wanted to see the Browns D splits the last 2 years with Myles Garrett on/off its below.
If you filter just for when the scoring margin is within one score, the Browns -0.071 EPA on QB drop backs with him on ranks the equivalent of 3-4th best in the NFL but their +0.126 is essentially 25th in the league. Just a gigantic flip. Of note the Browns are actually much better defending the run with Myles off the field (top 7-8 level) than on (~28th). YPC goes from 4.28 to 3.95 when he was off the field. Limited samples of course but interesting to see the impact
AFC Team-By-Team Thoughts
Ravens – If Lamar Jackson bounces back to elite QB1 production (I think he will), Declan Doyle will become NFL’s youngest-ever head coach next February.
Bills – Ray Davis one of best RB bench stashes in fantasy. New HC Joe Brady pounded table for Bills to draft Davis in 2024. League winner if James Cook goes down.
Bengals – Ongoing holes at No. 3 WR & TE support Chase Brown as Bengals third pass catcher behind Ja’Marr Chase & Tee Higgins, raising Brown’s PPR floor.
Browns – Pushing chips in on K.C. Concepcion, first-round playmaker who will run high-percentage routes to help mitigate inefficient quarterback play.
Broncos – Lead back J.K. Dobbins appears undervalued behind NFL’s No. 1-rated O-Line.
Texans – Expecting career year for Nico Collins as Target Share & Air Yards hog.
Colts – Top-5 offensive line in Brandon Thorn’s rankings. Colts skill-position players feel undervalued across the board.
Jaguars – Bottom-3 offensive line per Thorn; Jacksonville’s offense a threat to disappoint.
Chiefs – Fifth-round rookie Emmett Johnson convincingly won No. 2 RB job behind Kenneth Walker. Johnson is an upside bench stash.
Raiders – Mike Washington awesome system fit under Klint Kubiak, soaked up first-team reps with Ashton Jeanty nursing ankle sprain.
Chargers – Charlie Kolar is first-team tight end over David Njoku and Oronde Gadsden but not expecting meaningful FF impact. (Quentin Johnston undervalued.)
Dolphins – Chris Bell was drafted 94thoverall, even after tearing ACL last November. At 6-foot-2, 222, Bell is built like Dez Bryant on team with zero role clarity at wide receiver.
Patriots – Rhamondre Stevenson’s ADP rising; TreVeyon Henderson’s plummeting. I’m not starting Henderson Week 1, but I’m betting on his upside over course of the year.
Jets – Jets best bet for fantasy relevance remains 25-year-old Breece Hall, who’s totaled over 1,350 yards in 3 straight seasons. Still worried about TD scoring.
Steelers – I’m picking Michael Pittman Jr. to lead Steelers in targets & receiving.
Titans – Still OUT on Titans offense. Putrid OL, suspect OC, suspect QB.
