Claude Code scheduled tasks + skills = killer combo for autonomous routine fleets per project. Scaling to multi-project blocked by flat ~/.claude/skills/. Subdir grouping (~/.claude/skills/<proj>/<tool>/) would unlock cleanly. cc @bcherny
After building complex software systems for millions of users across 4 fortune 500 enterprises, nothing compares to the monster that is laundry for my family of five. Talk about unsustainable.
I would implore you to reconsider embracing "antifragile" as anything but a distracting and muddled conceptual foundation to latch onto. It ignores decades of research in #ResilienceEngineering & is the result of one individual's sloganeering attempts (as valuable as "NoOps" was)
Very excited about this month's GitLab 11.1 release. Besides cool headlining features, there is a lot of redesign work done and we continue to iterate on improving the @gitlab UI 🎨! https://t.co/3JA2c2P7cb
Reminder that there cannot be an accurate & comprehensive understanding (mental models) of “the system” and no two engineers will have the same model.

Blue Screen of Death at the train station. Lots of people standing around like zombies blinking at the blue screen unable to work out how to get home. It's like The Grid has gone down. When someone reboots the PC running Windows 95, none of them will remember a thing.
Quite irritated by @IECStandards#IEC61508 licence. Paid more than $3000. Can't put the content on a network. Can't make a PDF available to my team. So we have to read it serially, one person at a time. WTAF. No wonder most software engineers have never heard of this document.
