@Humana Was on the phone for over 3 hours with Humana Insurance who incorrectly denied my patient surgery because they missed the imaging report in my note. After I pointed out their mistake, they refused to review it and even laughed at me, when I explained the patients pain.

@djschuett This! I especially endorse the “Focus on the program geographically closest to you” part. I did this and made it impossible for everyone in that program NOT to know me. I came to every grand rounds, journal club, lab, etc (1/2)
