@JasonSandys Stuff we want users to be able to change, 3rd party apps that need reg settings (yes some are done with remediations or other methods if the user doesn't need to be able to change them), on prem printers are still big, hate having to do custom solutions for mapped drives.
@powers_hell@MSIntune App installation testing, our Service Desk will us it to uninstall apps and then reinstall. Other ways to do this, but it makes it much simpler for them.
@ariaupdated@bdam555 Unfortunately it is extra steps each time you want to check something. Example check log find issue, run fix, attempt update again, still broken have to convert log again, repeat.
@MSIntune when configuring Remote Assistance (MSRA.exe) according to the documentation you should be able to set the helpers to be a local domain\group. Is there a known issue with this configuration, it doesn't appear to be working any longer.
To clarify, if I add the users to the local machine Offer Remote Assistance Users group, the connection happens just fine, so I know I don't have a firewall / or other issue.
