Amazon has currently deactivated our seller account and is holding over $386,000 in funds due to a supply chain review tied to a single ASIN (B003CF07S0 – Designs for Health).
We have already submitted full documentation:
• invoices
• proof of payment
• logistics / shipment records
• completed video verification
All products were sourced through standard distribution channels and are fully documented.
The issue appears to stem from a supplier authorization technicality involving LOA territorial rights, rather than any issue with product authenticity, product condition, or illicitly obtained goods.
Despite removing the ASIN and fully cooperating, our entire account remains deactivated. Our inventory is locked, removals are blocked, and over 98% of our catalog, sourced from long term authorized distributors we have worked with for more than seven years, is now unable to generate sales.
At the same time, we have approximately $310,000 in outstanding payables to suppliers that will soon begin incurring penalties due to the funds being withheld.
This situation is creating significant operational strain on an otherwise compliant, long-standing business.
We are fully committed to resolving this and have been responsive at every step. We respectfully ask for a review and assistance from @amznsellerhelp@dharmeshmehta@JeffBezos@Amazon@AmazonHelp@designforhealth .

@smotion5@amznsellerhelp@dharmeshmehta@JeffBezos I've known Samuel for years, and he's one of the most genuine sellers you could ever find on a platform. It's hard for me to believe that Amazon is letting this happen.
I have been selling on amazon for over 7 years and all of a sudden got my account deactivated. Despite multiple appeals from over a week ago and acknowledgement of steps to follow to be compliant I am yet to get a response from @amznsellerhelp@dharmeshmehta@JeffBezos
@junCakes@amznsellerhelp@AmazonHelp@dharmeshmehta This is outrageous. I’ve known Jun Kim for a very long time, and he works incredibly hard. It’s sad to see this happening to him. @amznsellerhelp always seems to take advantage of the most dedicated entrepreneurs. It’s truly unfair.
Disposal order ($20k inventory) mistakenly created through stranded inventory without any notice. 40% has been disposed but 60% still pending for disposal. Can we save remaining 60% and opt for removal?

Amazon, all these new fees are a cluster....look how DUMB this is:
1. My FBA inventory has an average of 5.5 weeks on hand. According to you this is great BUT....
Maybe the single most abusive thing that @amznsellerhelp does to its sellers is to use an algo to detect "better offers" on other websites and punishes you by removing your buybox if don't cut the price on amazon.
What makes it worse is they don't actually verify the offer is valid or serious and it creates a ton of false positives.
Some random reseller in Indiana had 3 UNITS of my product listed on Walmart for $15.97. Amazon took our buybox, did not disclose where the better offer was, and tried to force us into an indefinite 20% price cut on the thousands of units a week we sell over 3 UNITS. We lost roughly $6,000 in sales in 2 days.
I should be able to control my offer on amazon without dealing with this and I hope the FTC shuts this down. @dharmesh
This issue will only get worse as the other major retellers open up their platforms to resellers and you get random people with a handful of units offering them at deep discount somewhere (similar to ebay).
@amznsellerhelp@amznsellerhelp Amazon's refusal to reimburse for misclassified hazmat inventory, despite accepting the safety data sheet in July 2023, is disappointing. Unfair treatment and lack of accountability are evident. #EthicalConcerns
After 7 years as an Amazon reseller, Amazon's Hazmat program has cost us over $60,000 in losses. They approved extra hazmat storage for one SKU, then disposed of our inventory instead of returning it. Now it's happening again with another SKU. @amznsellerhelp
@amznsellerhelp Amazon's update on the hazmat issue is shocking. They accepted the wrong safety data sheet back in July 2023, costing us thousands. Now, they won't reimburse for disposed inventory. This lack of accountability is unacceptable! @AmazonASGTG@AmazonHelp
@amznsellerhelp@AmazonHelp , despite stating you are willing to help, we've heard nothing back. Over $60,000 of our goods are missing, and now it's happening again with another SKU you approved for hazmat storage. This is unacceptable. @dharmeshmehta@AmazonASGTG
@amznsellerhelp Thanks, Yujiro. We need reimbursement for our inventory's resale value and disposal fees to address this unfair situation. @AmazonASGTG please help retweet this nonsense.
@amznsellerhelp Our employees depend on us to put food on their tables. These sudden actions by Amazon jeopardize their livelihoods and our business's future. Small businesses deserve better treatment and consideration! @amznsellerhelp@dharmeshmehta@JeffBezos
