@SecretCFO I own/run a ~$5M business. Tried and failed to merge with a smaller competitor, team got distracted by the spectacle. Gross Margin dropped from 55% to 38%. With just a few weeks left of cash, took over daily operations and brought gross margin back to 60%+. We are rocking again!
