@PhilSmithIsBack hip replacement required. Four months later hip replacement done very successfully. That is my story. I had a similar experience with a refusal to refer me for a cataract due to some made up criteria which GP was unable to produce when I asked.

@PhilSmithIsBack I will give you a real case Phil. 63 year old male completes an econsult complaining of severe pain at top of thigh. Receives a call from a GP advising ibuprofen. Second econsult and sees doctor in person and prescribed ibuprofen gel. Third econsult and sent for x ray. 1/
