@Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid gave a sudden warning to stop because the engine would be shutting off soon.

And almost right away it did shut off and we frantically tried to start it up again . . .

We were 1100 miles from home.

I called Chrysler on Friday and with the national holiday all their case managers were off.

We decided to fly home and ship our car back at our own expense so we could get to work on Monday.

I called Chrysler yesterday (Monday) and again today and no response.

Kerry’s Medicare Advantage plan approved his ankle surgery, but not the necessary skilled nursing care he would need post-op. Without it, he can't make a complete and safe recovery.
