@ShawnRyan762 One huge problem with the VA is due to the bureaucratic BS and red tape. No one gets fired/truly reprimanded for their actions/lack there of, 3 people needed to do what one person could do, lack of accountability, and lack of urgency. Providers are handcuffed by all the above!
