Newsom exudes administrative incompetence. More than his politics or weird behavior, his trademark is a pervasive mismanagement of public resources.

Many things, like roads, trains, managing unemployment funds, deploying 911 systems, reopening schools after Covid etc that are done with ease even in 3rd world countries...become impossible when Newsom touches them.
