@cathaypacific your lack of communication is a disgrace regardless of weather conditions. Flight to Hong Kong cancelled as we arrived at the airport. No alternative offered, no one willing to talk to me - “go home and watch website” was advice. Disgraceful - family dream ruined
@VirginMedia_TV@virginmedia I have just had the worst customer experience of my life with your agents and bot. I have (in my opinion) been misled by a renewal email offering me a substantial discount yet it doesn’t provide me with full package I previously had.
You now want to charge me an extra 18gbp a month to reinstate the missing channels. Whilst waiting for a complaint resolution (29/12) to now. You tell me I am now out of my cooling off period and it will cost me 989GBP to terminate my contract. #nocustomerservice
