We edited Mark Twain's Huckleberry Finn and fed it to 9 AI models to summarize a chapter, twice each. Only Claude Fable 5 followed the edited text both times; GPT-5.5 followed it once ↓
Here’s some good news if you’re a fast walker — and an incentive to pick up the pace if you’re not: findings from a study published July 14, 2026, in Neurology suggest that older adults who maintain a brisk natural walking pace into their 80s and beyond may be protecting their brains. #HarvardHealth

A chip fab in Germany pays about the same for equipment as one in Taiwan. The cost gap shows up in labor and construction speed instead.

All social media oligopolists, not just TikTok, should open their recommendation algorithms to scrutiny.
They are programming our minds and our societies.
Nobody profits from telling you the body heals itself. So nobody tells you.
Your taste buds are new every 10 to 14 days. The tongue reading this flavour is a fortnight old.
Your stomach lining rebuilds every 3 to 5 days. Last week's gut is already gone.
Your skin turns over every 4 weeks. You grew a whole new surface this month.
Your white blood cells renew in days. Tonight's immune army was not on watch last week.
Your red blood cells retire every 120 days. Four months, and the entire fleet is replaced.
The fat built into your cell membranes turns over too. Years of stored seed oil can slowly be walked back out.
Your liver just gets on with regenerating. It holds no grudge about the bad years.
Your skeleton rebuilds over roughly ten years. The bones made in the worst years are not the ones you finish with.
Every one of those rebuilds is made from what you feed it.
Feed it meat, fat, sunlight and sleep, and it builds you strong.
Feed it sugar, seed oil and the sofa, and it builds you soft.
The body you will have next year is under construction right now.
What you give it today is what it builds you into.

I’ve been following how robotics is entering emergency response, and drones are starting to change the way wildfires are fought.
Instead of sending crews directly into dangerous areas, drones can now:
→ reach hotspots much faster
→ drop water or fire retardant precisely where needed
→ use AI-powered sensors to map fires in real time
The impact is significant.
Less risk for firefighters.
Faster situational awareness.
More precise intervention.
It is a good reminder that AI and robotics are not only about productivity or automation.
Sometimes the most meaningful applications are about protecting human lives.
Curious:

Everyone wants to point the finger and blame someone else for what is happening. The truth is, we are living in the reality of our collective consciousness. Each of us contributes to it. If you want to change it, the most powerful thing you can do is lead by example. Become your healthiest, most grounded, most spiritual, most connected, and most generous self. Step into leadership and watch others follow.
True health is possible at any stage of life. Aging does not have to mean decline—if you provide your body with the right support. It requires discipline, informed choices, and rejecting the false belief that disease is inevitable. Your health is in your hands.
To succeed and be happy in this world, you have to have a very, very thick skin.
If you are outraged, hurt, upset or unable to bounce back from things....this world is going to chew you up, and spit you out.
Hard truth: Thick skin required.
When the media began their rolling daily coverage of "deaths from COVID" back in 2020 and we would see horror headlines of "200 deaths today!" or whatever, my immediate thought, being a numbers kinda guy, was: "Is 200 a lot"?
So I looked up what normal all cause daily mortality was in the UK and the answer that came back was "1500".
And I thought. "OK. 200 is a large number, but not as large as 1500".
And then I thought "Most people who die do so when they are elderly and already ill. How many of these 200 people were in that category?".
And after some more difficult research, the answer came back: "most of them". Average age at death,82, with 90% having at least one other comorbidity.
And then I thought: "So not many of those deaths were premature. Is this whole thing being exaggerated for some reason?"
And then I thought: "The questions I asked are obvious ones. Why isn't the media asking them, and answering them, for the benefit of the public, to reduce fear and alarm?"
Which made me wonder: "Are they in on this exaggeration thing too?"
And then I saw the government using advertising to spread fear and alarm. And then I knew the whole thing was a fraud.
And so began my life as a "COVID sceptic".
A lonely life in the beginning, but happily it became apparent we were many, albeit scattered widely and incommunicado.
Diseases are defined by symptoms, and symptoms only.
Don't let them define diseases by tests (which can be rigged) or by purported causes (causes are theories).
This definition of disease is true for humans, cattle, animals and even plants.
Remember it please.
A very long thread🧵
This may be THE most complete Contagion/control study ever carried out.

The inflection point in my career that transitioned me from traditional hospital medicine to lifestyle medicine occurred when I witnessed a patient, on the brink of death and nearing a liver transplant due to severe fatty liver causing liver failure, completely heal by simply eliminating carbohydrates and fasting. She took this path out of desperation after I suggested it to her.
After that point, I could no longer practice traditional medicine with good conscience, and within 2 years, I had left the system. Now, fixing chronic diseases is just an average day for me. When you eliminate the root of the problem, the disease eventually vanishes. Changing your food will change your life.
Doctors at a hospital in Texas informed George Pickering that his son was in a state of brain death. They explained that his son showed "no brain activity" and the decision had been made to remove life support.
Pickering, however, was unconvinced by their assessment and resorted to extreme measures by drawing a firearm. He demanded that the doctors continue their efforts to save his son's life, threatening to use the gun if they refused.
This situation escalated into a tense standoff lasting three hours, during which Pickering faced off against the police while the medical team performed additional tests on his son.
The hospital was secured under lockdown as police negotiators tried to reason with Pickering, who remained adamant. In a pivotal moment, Pickering's son, previously declared braindead, responded to his father's request to squeeze his hand, indicating cognitive presence. Following this revelation, Pickering peacefully surrendered to the authorities.
George Pickering II subsequently served a prison sentence of 11 months. Remarkably, his son experienced a complete recovery.
How would your life change if you learned that your level of health was totally in your control, and was dependent almost entirely on your daily habits, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs?
That your body was intelligently designed, self-regenerating, self-healing, and that you had all you needed in nature and inside of you to experience vibrant health?
How would society change if we collectively learned this?
Life tip: Stop overthinking your tasks. It leads to analysis paralysis and you end up just thinking about work instead of actually doing it. Have a VERY basic plan, and just start working. You'll figure things out along the way.
