@PostOffice How is best to make a formal complaint about a Post Office? Everytime I go to Roundways, Biggin Hill, the same lady says she is closed as cashing up. Has happened multiple times. She's just refused to serve me, sending all my Christmas packages, for the same reason.

BIGGIN HILL: Spotted after appearing unexpectedly at the junction of Melody Road and Whitby Close on Tuesday. Local residents were informed after it appeared that it’s a toilet for bus drivers installed by TfL and no planning permission was needed. It’s being called the “Turdis”.
