Jai is the new programming language used for the development of Order of the Sinking Star. Not too long after the game releases, focus will switch to the compiler, working first toward a binary release, then, eventually a source release. 🧑💻

Trying Pangram people keep "praising", and guess what? It's saying something I have just written (and it's hardly done yet) saying it is probably majority AI. Something I JUST fucking wrote.
I just noticed the parts it is flagging, have grammar mistakes in it.
It's retarded.
We just donated $1,000 of what we've made from Blick to @odinlang. This is the first of annual donations we will be making to The Odin Programming Language.
Blick would not have been made this well, this easily and this fast without Odin. It has been a joy to use, unmatched in its consistency, reliability and versatility.
We are massively grateful for @TheGingerBill's craftsmanship, diligence and care, and for the rest of the Odin team behind him.
A few people have been asking in such a nice manner about when Blick will be out on Linux, so I put together a website to help navigate these questions for future reference:

Assuming the current reports are true, suffice to say I'm waiting to hear the supposed rationale for laying off one of the best game engine teams in the world.
Even assuming you are switching all your projects to licensed engines, these same people would instantly be your most valuable programmers for working with and extending whatever engine you license.
I’m happy to announce the release of a new open source 3D physics engine called Box3D. I’ve been working on this project for a few years now, but it represents over 20 years of experience writing physics engines for games. Read more here: https://t.co/2d9aVuUsxj
@netpro2k@Jonathan_Blow@ocornut That's what "known-safe" implies, I had the same confusion at first but then I realised that indeed, the checkpoint is prior to you being able to make irreversible mistakes.
If you saw the @BetterSoftwareC, you already know Taha Torabpour from the awesome Arc UI demo he presented. He's looking to move to a new job, so if you're looking to add low-level programming experience to your team, you can check out his other resume projects and DM him here:
Folks, I'm looking for a new job.
My experience is in low-level systems programming, based in Stuttgart.
Game engines, UI engines, physics and rendering engines.

Microsoft @Windows: "We're preloading File Explorer so it launches faster."
File Pilot: Compiles in less than 3 seconds. Launches instantly. Eats whole drive for breakfast.
Speed isn't a background task, it's design.
