Leader of the Council for @lambeth_council, Councillor Claire Holland and Chief Exec of Lambeth Council, Bayo Dosunmu (both pictured) attended the Fenwick South ‘Topping Out’ ceremony, signifying the completion of the highest structural point of the new Fenwick South development.
Joined by representatives from Lambeth and TfL, the Councillor was presented with a ceremonial plaque by John Moore, Mulalley Managing Director - New Build Division.
Mulalley is carrying out the works on behalf of @TfL to provide 46 new affordable homes on this one-acre site. Working with the London Borough of Lambeth, each of these will be high-quality, dual-aspect, one-to-three-bedroom homes.
Who pays for Social Value? This is the question being asked in the third session of this years @HACThousing & @NHC Conference. Full house in our meeting room where our staff are looking forward to seeing our very own Associate Director Gemma Peglar speak #SocialValueConference
WARNING! Do not book a hire car through Easyjet. I was given a car through Leasys that had two illegal and dangerous tyres at Rome airport. Blow out and no car for two days! I had to pay for new tyres. No reimbursement 1 month later! @easyJet @leasysrent
Thank you so much to Mayor Cllr @NormaSymonds for coming in and speaking about her life experiences to our 6th form today.
Always powerful, but a fantastic thought-provoking session for our Year 12s.
Whilst i have every sympathy for your vulnerable folk the monthly fee i paid to you was for a reactive service when i needed it. I expect BG to have sufficient resources to cope. @BritishGas
